The Spring Bank-Holiday break was a mixed blessing for us. The previous week had been a little too 'sociable' - with not one night of the week seeing us reach home before 10:30pm.
We slept in on Saturday - catching up on the lack of sleep that started with the jet lag from the week before that! A leisurely trip to the garden centre and lunch (for more money than we were both prepared for) followed by a jaunt into town by bus to browse and obtain possible the only items Kelly can't find on Tesco.com! *
Sunday was a pleasant diversion - Caroline and Graeme bought the girls over for a spell quickly followed by Mum - who came over for lunch (which actually turned into a bit of a disaster - electric shock, anyone?).
Monday, unfortunately, saw Kelly working - at which point Christian took this cue to replace the media drive in his PC and then spend the afternoon in the sun with Caroline and Graeme at Godstone petting farm (photos here). All in all a splendid time had by all (except Kelly, but Christian make up for it by preparing her his special Teriyaki Salmon).
